You will receive a tracking number once your order has been sent from our warehouse so you can track your order through until the delivery. Delivery always takes place as stipulated in Delivery Terms. You will have your order delivered within 21 days longest if you choose Regular Airmail delivery, but most often such orders arrive within 10 days after receiving the shipping confirmation. Express Courier delivery via EMS takes between 14 and 23 days, but it is currently only available to US customers. You can track your order via USPS service with Express Courier.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that your product has left our facility. From this point your product is only 14-23 days (depending on the shipping method chosen) from arriving at your home or office.

The estimated time of delivery depends on the chosen shipping method. Regular Airmail delivery takes between 10 and 21 days, while Express Courier orders are delivered within the timeframe of 14 to 23 days. Mind that the latter delivers only to the USA.

Contact us immediately and let us know that your order is delayed, and we will investigate the matter. In case your order is lost but insured, it will be reimbursed or reshipped.

In event of receiving the ordered goods in an unsatisfying condition you should take pictures and make a detailed description of what is wrong with your order. Forward this descriptions with the pictures attached to our customer support, and we will consider your case. The most common practice for such cases is to reimburse or to reship the order.
